Shipping & Returns

The post office in our small town closes at 11 a.m. We strive to ship orders within three business days (or less). If your order includes lotion(s) it will be shipped no later than the following Wednesday after the order is received. (Lotions are usually mixed & jarred on Mondays.)

If you received an item in error please contact us so we can correct it. If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the postal carrier. A picture of the damaged package would be helpful!

Due to the nature of skin care products we cannot accept returns of those items.
